Randi is the daughter of Drs. Gene and Doris Hatcher. Randi received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016. She received her PhD in Theology from New Life Bible College and Seminary in 2021. She teaches our counseling, psychology, and ethics courses. She is married with three children. She loves spending time with her family.
